Dear fellow soul-searchers, Good morning

What if I told you, all you need a minute to make lasting changes in your life? They say good things in life come for free. This is just one of them.

5-second rule
The 5 Second Rule is simple. If you have the instinct to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill it. The moment you feel an instinct or a desire to act on a goal or a commitment, use the Rule.

20 second of courage
Identify the thing you terrified of. Put ALL of your focus into a single specific action that will take less than 20 seconds but will result in you attempting the thing you’re scared of. Work yourself up into a frenzy if you need to. Give yourself a pep talk in the mirror.

30 second of appreciation
If you suffer from low self-esteem, whenever you receive a compliment keep it repeating in your mind for 30 seconds and you will automatically uplift from your low self steam.
