This event is for you:

  • If you are into law of attraction and manifesting your big dreams and want to overcome your blockages.
  • If you are going through a transformation stage in your life: getting married / having kids / changing jobs / kids growing up and moving out / going from school to university / changing locations / changing relationships / Breakups / Divorce and the list goes on as we take on the various roles in our lives.
  • Or maybe you just want to get away from the daily hustle bustle of the life to spend a little bit time just for yourself, understanding yourself, listening to your inner voice.
  • Maybe the subject inspired you and you want to invoke /stimulate your Kundalini Energy which is Feminine energy that lies dormant at the base of our spine and has the capability to heal and free you from your own self. (Please do note that this event is only for invoking and not Awakening the kundalini. Although that can happen. But this is only for invoking or as you can say, slightly giving it a nudge, getting it ready to wake up.)

So, what do you expect in this event?

  1. Eight-day accommodation near the beach (Location TBA) with others who are also seeking one of the paths above
  2. fruits of various colour for breakfast, a variety of vegetarian salads and a cooked meal for lunch and dinner
  3. a beautiful crystal chakra or energy centre bracelet
  4. energetic body scan by Aura station to measure your energetic body both at the start of the workshop and at the end of the workshop
  5. Mindfulness and gratitude journal for 30 days. Self Awareness Journal

Event days Schedule

All our days are going to look similar except for certain meditations and yoga because they will be specific to the chakra or energy centre that we will be working on

  1. Day starts with walk to the beach
  2. full sequence yoga including Sun Salutation to activate all the energy centres in the body
  3. meditation that includes special breathing styles to invoke Kundalini followed by visualization of your most intense desire.
  4. Back for breakfast, followed by gratitude journaling
  5. Next up is My specialised training on how remind body and spirit works
  6. Lunch
  7. After lunch we will continue with a nap because these will be the days we start early. I will be giving My Signature Healing Therapy that includes Reiki, crystals, sound healing, suggestive hypnosis to balance energy centres to one of you everyday while others have a nap, usually the person receiving the therapy due to the relaxing nature of therapy also falls asleep
  8. After the nap we will do the Chakra specific meditation and yoga
  9. Dinner is served
  10. After dinner we will sit in a circle for reflective journaling, EFT tapping, a Letting Go Letter and nightly gratitude journal (weather and conditions permitting we will have a camp fire)
  11. You will be given MP3 players and headphones to listen to night meditation for the specific chakra working on the day
