How to identify a bad habit and change it? (Recognizing what is not making you feel good)

There are no good or bad habits, anything that is done too much can begin to hurt you and in that case, be it even cleaning. How to identify a habit that is not serving you? If you don’t know what is not making you feel good you cannot change it to feel good.
In this video, I show you how to identify a habit that is not good for you and then change it.

All it takes is 21 days to form a habit – so whatever you have identified not serving you, replace with a good habit and stick to it for 21 days. If you can do it for 21 days you make it a habit for life. Try it as a challenge and leave in comments your results!
