I took 10k steps challenge! [Walking | Weight loss | creating habits for life]

For self-care Wednesday I took the walking challenge of 10k steps in one go for a month. The first week was challenging, the second week I started getting hang of it, the third week it became a little fun and last week it became a habit. In short, I did loose weight a bit… and gained a lot of emotional and mental health 🙂
